About Us
The All Smiles Matter campaign was created as an extension of BrownGirl, RDH to provide preventative and lasting solutions to major issues that plague communities, with an understanding that we can no longer ignore the significant effects oral care has on the overall well-being of individuals, families, and professionals, that with the proper funding, can be solved in a reasonable amount of time.
The values, strategies and actions of our organization are developed and executed with a commitment to inclusivity, access to care, and overall well-being.
Our choices are guided by a genuine desire to make a positive impact on society, help others, and address social issues.
We pride ourselves in prioritizing the well-being of our staff, members, volunteers, and the communities we serve over personal gain or self-interest.
BrownGirl, RDH is an organization of donors, sponsors, and dental professionals committed to providing solutions to women’s health issues linked to oral health, eliminating access to care barriers in communities, creating opportunities for economic stability, and building a diverse and inclusive workforce through research, education, development, and advocacy.

Our vision is to provide preventative and treatment services to populations, bridge the gap between women’s health and oral health, and provide support and opportunities to individuals seeking advancement in oral care.
We believe that ALL human beings deserve to live a quality life. That’s why BrownGirl, RDH aims to bring ALL Smiles Matter events to institutions and communities around the world that educate, inspire and provide access to care to 1 million people by 2030.
One in four people are afflicted by mental health issues at some point in their lives, with women twice as likely as men to be diagnosed.
Two-thirds of people with mental health conditions don’t receive the care they need.
Those with mental health issues are more susceptible to facing other health challenges, including dangerous cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Save teeth, save lives.
